My phone speakers and mic just stopped working suddenly , I've restarted multiple times , reset to factory settings,  tested in safe mode , ran the diagnostic app , still no luck. Please has anything been having same issue, my android version is 14 with 0ne Ui 6.1

If your microphone and speaker is still not working properly after completing the steps then we would recommend that you visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.
