Why am I not able to have different sound notifications for each app. I could do it on all my other Samsung phones for the past 15 years. I have this new Samsung S23 FE and it doesn't allow me to select different sound notifications. All apps have the same sound.How do I correct this?
It's an option on all phones running Android 14. You have to go the advanced settings within the notifications settings, not the advanced settings category in phone settings.
Open phone settings Notification Advanced settings Manage notifications categories for each app must be toggled on
