My new s23 ultra internet is so slow, it's speeds are non consistent for same location. Sometimes am browsing and all of a sudden speeds drop to 0.17 mbps even on 5G. Cannot even load a website. I restart and do network reset works for a bit and then slow again. Please help, I love the phone but if it's a modem problem I have to switch it. Sometimes I have to use my daughters hotspot and she is on the same plan.
