How to enable the quick notes toggle on while using S Pen?

How to enable the quick notes toogle on while using s-pen? And also I have enabled the off screen memos but it is not working. Whenever, I open my s pen I'm not able to get the write option, it's just waking my screen on. Any idea?

There is a problem with my notes, I think. Whenever I open my S Pen and click on create note option in the air command, it it not showing anything or opening any note.

Under "When S Pen is removed" you have "Do nothing"selected. Select "Create note" instead.

If I do that, when I try to open the s pen when the screen is on, it will just open the create note option right. I have reset my device one week back and before that it is working perfectly even though I had the "do nothing" part.

Not sure what "open my s pen" means. This only works when (a) screen is locked and (b) S Pen is removed.

Try booting your phone in safe mode. If everything works properly while booted in safe mode, you have a 3rd party software which is conflicting with proper operation. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Sorry, "open my s pen" - when I remove my s pen out. And also my screen is locked and when I remove my S pen, it's not working.
I have enabled safe mode. And in that one also, its not working. It is showing a blank screen when I remove my s pen even when the screen is locked. And there are no 3rd party apps.

For screen off memo, try going to settings, search for appear on top, and toggle on Samsung notes. I hope this helps.

Have you tried resetting your s-pen? The instructions are on the opening page for s-pen in the settings menu. Click the 3 dots at the top.
