Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

Just request an extension on your order page. But as said in other comments as long as it was shipped by the deadline you are FINE.

It appears that FedEx has lost or stolen my return of my s24+. Can someone help me on what my next steps should be in this process? I can't get a live Samsung agent on the phone to help me.

Bought the Buds FE for $4.76.

I already use and love my Plantronics V5200 BT headset but I couldn't figure what to buy.  So I got the Buds FE.  Never had Buds before but for the price, I decided to give them a try.

I hate my buds plus that were $159 new. Not even a year later they're barely audible. I'm done with Samsung buds and I'm saving for bose headphones.

Aaaaaw, really? I got them with my phone and I luv them more than my buds 2. Did you contact Samsung?
