Galaxy S24You may have 5G, but you have a low signal. You have one bar. That's not enough to connect to anything.

Galaxy S24One bar may be adequate at times, but it also depends on area interference. For all intents and purposes, one bar is usually not enough.

Galaxy S24Contact your carrier about signal area - turn on wi-fi calling so at least you'll get texts and phone calls with low bars. The 5G just shows that you are near a 5G tower, the bars tell you how strong the signal is. You may be in an area with high interference. You can do a diagnostic on your antenna and sim card by going to settings/device care/diagnostics.

Galaxy S24Reset your network settings. Caution this will cause you to lose Wi-Fi network passwords and Bluetooth pairings.
Settings | General management | Reset | Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings
Also try Reset Mobile Network Settings from the same screen.
