Phone saying I'm out of storage when I am not

I have a galaxy ultra 22. And I have 256GB. HOWEVER my phone is staying I'm out of storage but I'm not and it mostly my photos. What can I do to use my internal storage. I only used 55.96GB CAN SOMEONE HELP

@userOTldo9O1oS Go to phone settings -> Device care -> Storage and grab a screenshot. Post it here. That will help us guide you with possible solutions.

@userOTldo9O1oS From your screenshots your phone storage is fine. You only used 21% so you have 89% available. 

The other screenshot is Google Drive storage. It looks like you have used all 15GB that is available to you for free. You would need to upgrade to a paid Google plan to get 2 TB or more of storage. See https://one.google.com/about/plans?g1_landing_page=0
