I can't seem to remember if they do cuz I just noticed my volume buttons feel like their sinking in

My volume buttons have a strong clicking aound, and the power more muffled. I have an Otter Box Denfender Pro case. It doesn't feel like they are sinking

Hello all, thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the concern for your volume and/or power button(s) feeling "mushy" or like they are sinking in. As @VerbumVeritum suggested, checking for dirt and debris is an absolute must. You can also check your case, to make sure it is aligned properly with the buttons (if applicable), and unobstructed in doing so. If the buttons look clean, and the case is not at fault, it would be best to get the phone evaluated at an authorized service center.
