S25 doesnt charge once battery gets low until you restart

Hello All,

My new S25 Ultra seems to have an issue. When the battery gets low, say under 20%, and I go to charge it the battery will not go up. It stays at that number and charge till full time also doesnt change. I need to restart the phone and it will then work. Anyone else have this issue? I have used multiple different chargers and still the same issue. It won't drop lower but doesn't charge up. Thank you.

Bottom if page if on phone might be on site same spot anyway tap support than down abit is feedback option type in issue after selecting issue on list and submits log files

I am on the s25. I cannot find support anywhere . Only thing labeled as feedback is the sticky

Hello, I believe I solved the issue. I had battery protection on 'basic'. Turn that off and the phone will charge fast once you get low on battery and the phone alerts you. It is a software glitch. Hopefully Samsung can fix this or knows about it.

So if anyone has this issue, that is the solution. Turn OFF battery protection!

Fyi... turn off battery protection and fast charging to charge the phone under 20%. Once it's above 20% turn back on and you're good.
