Galaxy S25Hello All,
My new S25 Ultra seems to have an issue. When the battery gets low, say under 20%, and I go to charge it the battery will not go up. It stays at that number and charge till full time also doesnt change. I need to restart the phone and it will then work. Anyone else have this issue? I have used multiple different chargers and still the same issue. It won't drop lower but doesn't charge up. Thank you.

Galaxy S25Hello, I believe I solved the issue. I had battery protection on 'basic'. Turn that off and the phone will charge fast once you get low on battery and the phone alerts you. It is a software glitch. Hopefully Samsung can fix this or knows about it.
So if anyone has this issue, that is the solution. Turn OFF battery protection!
