Galaxy WatchThe lower half of my Active 2 touchscreen is not responding. everything else works properly, but no touch on the lower half of the watch making it very difficult or impossible to get full function out of some apps.

Galaxy WatchI have similar problem, the upper half stoped responding to touch, even rebooting did not help

Galaxy WatchHave you confirmed if the watch is currently up to date with the latest software?
Have you attempted to fully back up the watch and perform a reset?
