It would nice to have the option to change the orientation any way we would like. For example, I wear mine on the I side of my wrist, and as I raise my arm to us the watch it would he fantastic if I could move the OS system so that it's oriented to have the top at around the 2 o clock position. Maybe give us a setting to allow us to adjust the orientation manually and set it. It is rather uncomfortable to have to raise my elbow and completely turn my wrist in order to use the interface. I know I'm not alone in this thought. Again the entire OS system not just the watch faces, would be much appreciated.

You can already, I believe it's under accessibility settings. I don't have my Watch on me rn so I can't verify where it is, but I know it exists.

Orientation is under General, but it only lets you tell it which wrist and which side the buttons are on. So the 12:00 position is always in line with the watchband.

Wearing a smart watch on the side of your wrist, defeats the purpose.  The sensors are set to read at the top of your wrist, the way most normal people wear their watches.  If you want to wear it on the side of your wrist, or the underside, you should stick with a non-smart watch.

Seriously, how hard is it to lift your arm to look at a watch face? I don't understand what you mean by lifting & twisting your arm.  If you wear a watch on the top of your wrist, all you have to do is look at it, no lifting or twisting involved.  It seems to me you have to do me lifting and twisting if you choose a different placement.
