Anyone else having this issue on their GW6C? I've charged the watch twice since i've noticed the issue. I'm at close to 36 hours since i've last charged it but the app is showing 6 days 19 hours... Have power cycled my watch and note 10 but the issue still persists. Screenshot_20240103_084440_batterysavingsettings.pngScreenshot_20240103-084309_Galaxy Watch6 Manager.jpg

@aLiBaBaLa Did you fully charge the battery to 100%?  Notice the text says "since last full charge".

Yes, charged to 100% with watch power on and second time charging with watch powered off to 100%.

Yes, my 4 is doing the same thing. I bought it April 23 and battery is lasting approx 7-8 hrs with most things turned off which makes a smart watch, well a bit useless really. This is part from all the other issues with gear app not loading etc which needed several resets and hours of trawling through help forums to find a solution. Just about had enough now.

Had the same issue with my watch 4 classic battery not lasting more than half a day. Traded up the 4 classic for $200 off the 6 classic. Battery is much better on 6 classic, so far getting a little more than 2 days. The issue I have is it won't track the battery usage after a full charge, it doesn't reset. The usage being reported is over 8 days... Samsung must've given me a special battery 😉

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your battery usage since last full charge not updating, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. The first step I would recommend is running diagnostic on your watch to rule out any hardware symptoms. Please use this link for steps to run diagnostics on your watch: https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-galaxy-wearable-self-diagnostics/

If you have ruled out any hardware symptoms and are still experiencing your symptoms, I would recommend a factory reset of the watch. Please make sure you have a back-up prior to resetting. Also, please test the watch prior to restoring from a back-up as this will allow us to rule out any software symptoms that may be caused by a third party app. Give this link a try for steps to properly factory reset your Galaxy watch 6: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend submitting an error report. Use this link for the proper steps to submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/How-to-submit-an-error-report/td-p/247...
