My watch has stopped working - originally had 6 % charge, despite placing on charger, kept decreasing , now the lighting bolt appears when I place it back on the charger, but reads 0% then within seconds blacks out.  I have placed charger in several outlets, still no help.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to charge your watch and would be happy to look into this for you. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch does not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. I can't even get mine to turn on after the update. It is now a paperweight. I'm done with Samsung!
