Galaxy Watch 4 feature not working "Raise wrist to wake"

HI All,

I bought new galaxy watch 4 but getting issue with the watch.  "Raise wrist to wake" feature is not working. 

Bedtime mode, the Power saving mode, and the Theater mode are already disabled. but still watch is not detecting any movement. for time checek i need to touch screen or press button. could anyone help please .

Mine is working fine. I recommend you to do a power off and reset

Yes tried to reset multiple times. But not fixed. I am using non samsung phone.stock android

Power off and reset means==> setting option and then click on reset . Am I correct?. Or some other way around to reset?

Usually a restart does the trick. If not, try to toggle the bedtime mode on and off
