ECG feature does not work. Watch Ultra is paired with Galaxy S23+. Samsung Health & Health Monitor apps all updated. Phone and watch software up to date. Phone running Android 14. ECG will NOT work no matter what. Software bug??
Update to last post re ECG. Samsung escalated my problem to techs, who provided detailed steps for troubleshooting. ECG is now working. Love new Watch Ultra (have owned Watch 2, 4, & 5). Samsung Health Monitor app working great as well now. Thank you Samsung.
