So today, after I tried to reboot my watch by holding the power button down for 7 seconds, it went into reboot mode and now it just continuously flashes the Samsung Galaxy Watch logo over and over.  Its been doing this for about 5 hours now.  I can still get to the boot menu but selecting recovery only puts it back into the same loop.  I have tried everything in the support forums to try and fix this, but nothing is working.  Samsung support,  please advise.  I did notice an issue after I downloaded the Samsung Pay app, which prompted the reboot.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your watch stuck in a boot loop and I would be happy to assist you further. Apps you download and install onto the watch can cause the watch to get stuck in a boot loop or not boot past the logo screen. Rebooting it should fix the problem, but you will need to uninstall any apps that were installed before the issue occurred. If the watch is connected to a phone, you must clear the data for the Galaxy Wearable app. If the problem continues, inspect the watch and charger for damage, and factory reset the watch. If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step will be to set your watch up for service. I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 for assistance with setting up your device for repair.

The watch is completely dead now and won't turn on. It won't even charge on the cradle. The cradle just blinks a yellow light when trying to charge.
