Galaxy watch 4 has low volume while on call

When I answer an incoming call on my Galaxy 4 Smartwatch, it’s hard to hear the caller. Is there a way to raise the volume so I can hear the conversation?

While on the call you turn up the speaker by rotating the bezel during the call, I had that issue before also hope it helps
