My Watch 4 keeps resetting Activity and Calories burned to 0. This randomly multiple times in a day. The step counter is working correctly. I tried factory reset of the watch, and that didn't help. This is so frustrating.

As you have already tried resetting the watch, we recommend submitting an error report through the Samsung Health app. Open the Samsung Health App>Select the three dots in the top corner>Select Settings>Scroll down and select Contact US and choose Error Report.
