Why can I not stream music on my LTE GW4

Can someone help me understand the rationale and why Samsung doesn't allow the LTE version of the watch to stream music other than YouTube and Spotify.  Is it my misunderstanding that the app doesn't support it or Samsung doesn't support it?

YouTube and Spotify have watch app. Others like Tidal don't. That's it. So Samsung has nothing to do with it.
