I think the AI features are for the watches - so if you have a Watch 4 or newer and sync it with your S21U, it should work (in theory).

I read that the processing for some of those features is handled by the phone. The notes on the product page include one about needing a "compatible Samsung Galaxy phone, Samsung Health app, and Samsung account". I couldn't find anything about what they consider a "compatible Samsung Galaxy phone".

Ah, that would make sense. I think an S21 series shouldn't be too old for the AI stuff.

It's difficult to say. The S21 series did get One UI 6.1, but they only got some not all of the Galaxy AI features.

I got the watch. The new Samsung Health features do work on a watch paired with my S21 Ultra running One UI 6.1.
