Blu-ray player power cycling whenever plugged in

Blueray theater not working. Cycling thru different functions and turning on and off.  The theater controls the volume to our tv and all our DVD players are doing the same thing.

There's a very long thread about it here. Samsung is aware and they're working on it. It is not solved, even though it says it is.

Sounds like the pushed a faulty update across multiple platforms 2 or 3 days ago. There at least dozens of complaints on this site already now. I hope they fix this soon.
