Home TheaterI agree about the Solved check mark. Really poor customer support management.

Home TheaterSame here with the same model. Spent like two days trying to figure out why my TV wasn't passing digital audio. Thought it was the cable so bought another but luckily ended up looking this issue up before purchasing a new setup altogether.

Home TheaterSamsung is digging themselves a deeper hole every day they let this go without some kind of reply. I am quickly losing confidence in a company that I held in great esteem.

Home TheaterI tried holding down the eject button for 10 seconds and that didn't work. Tried the same thing with the power button and that didn't work either.
Would like my dvd player back! Not cool that it just stopped working out of the blue!!
