My BD-JM57c Player has been cycling continuously for 4 days. I have unplugged it and I am about ready to toss it out. Last samsung product I'll buy unless you find a solution.
I just spoke with a Samsung Support member team. She confirms that the problem is caused by an update from Samsung and they are working on it. All we have to do is wait until the problem is resolved with a new update.
Samsung knows it's not solved, but having a link to the current status of the issue is better than searching 121 pages for the solution.
