Mine is jacked too. Adding to the post in hopes Samsung see we are infuriated with their handling of this. This issue has not been resolved. When do you expect a resolution? Since you marked it SOLVED on that link, yet there is no solution. 5 days seems like a long time to not tell people when they will have their devices useable again

I think Samsung doesn't know what happened or why. Can't fix what they don't understand. Wonder if they even have any machines on hand this at went on the fritz.
