Home TheaterI just got a new S60B soundbar. I'm hoping to use it for music in my office. I have a new ASUS laptop and I use bluetooth to connect the two. Music sounds great for 120 seconds and then it disconnects. I've tried varying the distance between the two, but it does this whether they are 2 inches or 3 feet apart. I did connect the soundbar to a TV using an optical cable and it worked for over an hour without issues. I've tried to reset the bar with the volume +/- but it dosen't really look like it takes. Also tried the remote with the same results. I'm stumped with what to try next. Being exactly 2 minutes seems like that would mean something but I haven't been able to find anything with it. Any help is appreciated.

Home TheaterHello! @user_fjik4tg Thank you for posting about this. I noticed you tried varying the distance between the two devices, resetting the soundbar, and changing Bluetooth power settings, but none of these attempts have resolved the problem. Can you check the firmware for both the soundbar and laptop? Ensure that they have the latest firmware and software updates. Here's a link you might find

You may also want to check for other Bluetooth devices or wireless networks in the area that might be causing interference. Last resort you can try factory resetting the soundbar to clear any settings or glitches that may be causing the issue. Refer to your user manual for the correct reset procedure.
If the issue still occurs
I recommend letting a service technician have a look. If your unit is out of warranty and you would like to receive quotes on service/labor from an Authorized Service Center near you, please visit:http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
