Since the update, the soundbar is unresponsive and can't be reset.

 

Seems like quite a few people with the issue

Yes, I have the same issue. Soundbar is not responding to neither remote controller or buttons on the soundbar. Looks like it glitched and there is nothing I can do, even the reset combination of + - for 5 sec doesn’t work

it’s not working 

because the devise isn’t responding and you can’t use the button on the soundbar .

No, there is no response. Soundbar is displaying „TV eARC” no matter what I will press on the remote. Even after unplugging  power cable and plugging back in I get same message. Looks like software glitch that froze whole thing

Hi sir 

it’s not working because the device is not responding & you can’t use the button on the soundbar ( not responding ) neither the remote controller .

I tried the smart thing app and same thing 

can’t diagnose the problem
