Kitchen and Family HubMy bottom-freezer fridge, model RF260BEAESG/AA, stopped making ice. The filter light icon was on, so I replaced the filter. Yes, the water supply is one. Where is the ice maker reset button? It is not on the front or or the right side. If it is on the underside, there is no line of sight to it, and I can't feel it. How big is it? Thanks!

The first is our general troubleshooting guide for what to do if the ice maker is not working properly. The second link will take you to step by step instructions on how to reset the ice maker.

If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help you would need to speak with one of our moderators via private message. Service would be required to resolve the situation, however, if you've already had service multiple times and the issue continues, We would need to review your case further so ask that you send us a private message as well.
