Kitchen and Family HubOn my refrigerator (model RSG257AARS/XAA) we can't pull down the old DA3-00003G filter to put in a new one. We can twist it clockwise and counterclockwise but it won't release downward. This filter is too large for channel lock pliers as suggested for other filters. Help!

Kitchen and Family HubHello. If you haven't already, try turning off the water supply, and then turn the filter counterclockwise while pulling it out (or down).
