Kitchen and Family HubSo my very expensive double oven just threw a C-A2 Code which has something to do with the cooling fans and/or motors. I am so off. I bought a whole new kitchen from Samsung dishwasher, double oven, microwave, range top, and a Refrigerator. The refrigerator had to ha e it's ice maker replaced and now this. I buy everything Samsung, TVs, Phones, Headphones, computers, etc. But this is making me question my alegence to samsung. The serial # for the double oven is #<hidden>. I bought it in March of 2018. Is there anything that can be done to help this defective unit? I am at my wits end with Samsung............HELP!!!!!!!!!

Kitchen and Family HubI do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, just want to confirm does this occur after power cycling the unit or flipping the circuit breaker to the unit? If it does this will require service and depending on your warranty you do have a couple of different options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
