Ice Lock icon needs to go off on 3 door refrigerator.  I am getting frustrated.  RFG297HDRS model

You have to press and hold the ice off control button for a second, till you hear the chime and the light goes off. In any case, the ice "lock" does not lock the ice maker, it turns off the water supply to the ice maker and the function to make ice.  If there is already ice in the bucket, you will still be able to get it.  If you are not getting ice, it's because the supply of ice has been depleted.

To be clear, the ice off button is where the writing is, not the lit up icon.
