Jet Bot not working in lines

Has anyone experience having their Jet Bot move in random lines when its set to clean the area first.  It used to go in line by line and clean the rooms thoroughly, now it misses room and cleans only half of some with no rhyme or reason to its movement.  Will go in circles and kill the battery.  Help

Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. There are many factors that determine how the JetBot will move throughout a home. These factors can include where and how the base is situated, if there are objects in the JetBot's path, as well as the type of cleaning mode selected. I have a couple links that I think will be helpful with this. The first one will take you to our FAQs for the JetBot. This link will have some basic information and troubleshooting for what you're experiencing. The second link has a guide on the different cleaning modes the JetBot offers. Here you can find which modes will use straight lines instead of random ones.

If neither of these links are able to help you get the JetBot cleaning the areas you need it to, you have a few more options depending on your warranty status. 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators, or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
