Kitchen and Family HubI just got this refrigerator on Sunday. At first it wasn't making ice at all, so I reset the icemaker and started getting a handful of ice cubes a day. Today, only 2 cubes have been produced. Any idea if a service call is needed or how to rectify the issue? Thanks.

Hello there, and thank you for reaching out to our Samsung Community regarding the ice production. The important thing to remember is the ice maker typically makes 1 tray of ice every 90 minutes. However, to assist you with the ice production you can try some of these steps below:
- Lower the freezer temperature. The freezer temperature must be 0 °C (32 degrees Fahrenheit) for the ice maker to work properly.
- Check the water supply line and ensure the water valve on the refrigerator water supply line is completely open.
- Inspect the freezer and verify your freezer is not overfilled.
- Make sure the doors to the freezer are completely closed/closing properly.
- Verify ice maker is turned on (if applicable)
- Reset the ice maker if needed by using this resources link- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01207806/#reset-ice-maker-bottom-freezer
Finally, if the issue is still persistent, I would love to assist you further, if possible and you can use any contact method listed below to proceed with that aspect:
