Refrigirator doors don't close themselves

I bought a Samsung refrigerator rs27t5200 9 months ago from BestBuy.  They had to take off both doors and reinstall to get into our house.  Both doors do not close by themselves since.  They just stay open. 

My questions,

1. should they close by themselves?

2. if so, what is the issue and how should I fix it?

They don't close themselves, but it shouldn't take much force. Typically, this is a level issue. I would ask them to come back out and fix it since they removed them.
