Samsung Family Hub refrigerator profile setup

Hi, I just purchased my Samsung Family hub refrigerator on 11/302021 and I can't set up profiles for my family, I follow the steps go to settings but I don't have "profiles" option under settings. Please help

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience at this time it appears the Animation, illustration, and family board themes have been deleted; default themes will reset to the Weather theme. I located this article that will explain all the changes here if needed-
