Kitchen and Family HubI can certainly understand your concern. I'm also slightly puzzled because the new models should have no problem connecting to SmartThings. I had a similar problem to yours. I was able to fix this by simply performing a soft reset to the router and the appliances. You can do that by unplugging the devices for a few minutes or turning off the circuit breaker to the device for a few minutes.
