Why does the SmartThings Energy Mode only show my Family Hub Fridge (2019)? I have a QLED 2019 TV, a Crystal TV 2020, Flex Washer and Dryer, and Dual Door Oven 2022, and none of these appliances show up in the Energy Mode. There is no way to manually add them. Are they not in Energy Mode because they are a couple of years old, or not Energy Star, or something else?. I would think that since they are all Samsung products, they should show up in SmartThings Energy Mode.

I can certainly understand your concern. I'm also slightly puzzled because the new models should have no problem connecting to SmartThings. I had a similar problem to yours. I was able to fix this by simply performing a soft reset to the router and the appliances. You can do that by unplugging the devices for a few minutes or turning off the circuit breaker to the device for a few minutes.
If you are still running into issues. Try the troubleshooting steps in the link below. It goes over what to do when you can connect a smart device to SmartThings.

I do not have a problem with any device connecting to SmartThings, my issue is that all of my Samsung appliances are not showing up in Energy Mode within SmartThings.
