I keep getting an error to go into service mode but I don't see a way to do that. I had my tv service about a month or so ago and it keeps doing it.

LED and OLED TVsHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this popping up. Since the service menu is coming up I would recommend reaching out to the previous service provider to help get this fixed. If they are unable to you can call into us directly at (1-800-726-7864) and ask for our remote management team.
