Greetings Samsung Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.

Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.

Thank you!

My Samsung TV all of a sudden stop playing certain apps Hulu Disney Plus and a couple other apps. I've contacted support when online I've done everything for a year and nothing. I paid six grand for this TV and now none of the apps that I have work on it. Does anybody know how I can get some help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your TV applications. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Open the Settings menu on your TV.
2. Select "Support."
3. Choose "Device Care" and run the Device Care diagnostic. This will help identify any potential issues.
4. If everything passes the initial diagnostic, scroll down to the "Self-Diagnostic" menu and select "Smart Hub Test." Let this test run.
5. Next, check the Wi-Fi and Software Version tests. If all tests pass, go back to the Support menu.
6. Select "Device Care" again and look for the "Manage Storage" option.
7. Open this menu to see a list of your applications.
8. For each application, select it and clear the cache.

Following these steps should help resolve your issues.

Hello,

I'm having the same issues. Disney plus will not load content, neither will samsung tv plus or peacock. I've followed your steps above, along with uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. I've done soft resets on the TV, reset my internet, and reset the smart hub. This error only started after the recent update. I have a qn85qn90cafxza model.

Since you have tried using the above troubleshooting methods and are still experiencing problems, I would recommend that you contact Samsung Support directly. They can remotely access your TV to perform more diagnostic tests, and it's possible that something happened during the firmware update. Make sure you explain everything to them. The phone number is listed below:

Thanks, the issue isn't just for me. There are multiple posts on this site talking about the same thing. Some have even done factory resets. And the issue remains. The culprit, as stated above, is going to be the recent update. This needs to be flagged and escalated to those responsible for the updates. There is obviously a defect.

Performing a reset on my Spectrum DVR cable box seemed to make my hub work. I will make sure to keep you posted.

Why do you garbage up your UI so much? Your bloatware is the reason we do not own Samsung phones anymore. The tv UI is so full of garbage with suggestions for what to watch.

Here's how it should work.

1. App menu for the apps I've installed. Large.

2. Recent. Large.

3. Rest of the garbage that should exist off my screen and that I should be able to turn off completely if I don't want it shown. Small.

Samsung no doubt is paid for apps to be included with their TV sets, and gets paid MORE if the apps are not Delete-able.

I dislike the practice and would much prefer to be able to limit my UI to only stuff I actually want and use, but no doubt these posts are akin to expectorating into a stiff breeze.
