LED and OLED TVsGreetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsTried all of this and a factory reboot. Nothing works. Samsung tech support could not fix it an suggested that tech look at the TV. Everything was find before the firmware update.

LED and OLED TVsOk. The Samsung tech guy just left the house (11/27/24). He put a new mother board in the S95C. That solved the problem. Hope everyone else here has some time left on their warranty.

LED and OLED TVsJust had a repair ticket and technician come out. Confirmed software issue and Samsung is aware. Said it should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but doubt that. Get into a chat for help and ask them to submit a service ticket. Date technician was out 11/19/24 for service.

LED and OLED TVsGo on to Samsung chat and have them submit a service ticket. Know. Software issue although they will make you reboot everything 50 times first

LED and OLED TVsJust updated as well and itās awful, the whole OS runs like **bleep**. Buttons unresponsive, random audio from the last show I watched just plays in the background, GUI isnāt even a nice improvement.

LED and OLED TVsJoining the outrage here. My 85" QN90C received the ONE UI update in October, and even though I can open and browse content normally on the following apps, content will no longer play:
- Hulu (Error Code: P-DEV302)
- Disney+ (No error code)
- Sling (Error Code: 8-702)
I've tried ALL of the recommended fixes (i.e., Device Care, reinstalling the apps, cold reboot, TV factory reset, router reset, speed test). I also contacted Hulu and opened a support ticket with them, but they are stumped. ONE UI is clearly the culprit, and I completely agree with the other comments on here that this OS is overloaded with bloatware and the interface is garbage.
This is completely unacceptable! Samsung needs to role back to the previous version of the UI until they figure it out.

LED and OLED TVsHorrible update. My TV is slower now. Wish I'd not bought this and gone with Sony.
