LED and OLED TVsGreetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsHello all, I woke up to my kids watching Frozen on Disney Plus this morning. I checked and yes, both Disney Plus and Hulu work now. Happy Thanksgiving! It didn't look like the TV got an update so maybe it was the individual apps that made it happen. Anyway, I hope the rest of you are having the same luck today.

LED and OLED TVsI spoke too soon. It is back to how it was.... pretending to work, but then doesn't play anything (except an ad for a new movie... when I pay for ad free).
Samsung, please look into this.

LED and OLED TVsNo such luck here. I'm still having the same issue. It's been nearly a month now. Is Samsung still working on this? Seeing zero updates.

LED and OLED TVsSince the upgrade my TV doesn't turn on any longer. It started with unresponsiveness and delayed inputs and now it simply doesn't turn on even after unplugging it and reconnecting. Total paper weight of a TV thanks to this update!

LED and OLED TVsSame issues as others - S90C user here and a couple weeks back some of our apps stopped working specifically Hulu, Disney, Peacock. You can navigate within them and sometimes even embedded videos will play but when you choose to watch a particular show or movie, it will not work. No error messages, usually just black screens or exiting out to the show menu we just came from.
Terrible QC by Samsung to release this SW update in such a state.

LED and OLED TVsWe really need a fix for the update and other issues, please step up. Besides the issues with apps not working, the UI hanging or glitching out, the Wi-Fi is constantly giving errors and disconnecting and now, I can't turn off the picture while listening to YouTube. All of this is getting really unacceptable now.

LED and OLED TVsI mean, let's be honest here. Your customer support is practically inexistent, it's a disgrace. I think you are aware that many of us are returning your broken TVs and won't ever be buying your TVs ever again, right?
I paid premium price for an OLED with which I have constant problems since day 1. Without even the slightest exaggeration, each week I have to fix another issue which comes up. I've actually started writing a note with common errors I've encountered and their solution. And you know what? I'm not the only one in this situation. You don't respect us as customers, and I've completely lost brand loyalty.
