Greetings Samsung Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.

Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.

Thank you!

No such luck here. I'm still having the same issue. It's been nearly a month now. Is Samsung still working on this? Seeing zero updates.

Since the upgrade my TV doesn't turn on any longer. It started with unresponsiveness and delayed inputs and now it simply doesn't turn on even after unplugging it and reconnecting. Total paper weight of a TV thanks to this update!

Same issues as others - S90C user here and a couple weeks back some of our apps stopped working specifically Hulu, Disney, Peacock. You can navigate within them and sometimes even embedded videos will play but when you choose to watch a particular show or movie, it will not work. No error messages, usually just black screens or exiting out to the show menu we just came from.

Terrible QC by Samsung to release this SW update in such a state.

Can we get an update from Samsung?? The radio silence on this is infuriating.

We really need a fix for the update and other issues, please step up. Besides the issues with apps not working, the UI hanging or glitching out, the Wi-Fi is constantly giving errors and disconnecting and now, I can't turn off the picture while listening to YouTube. All of this is getting really unacceptable now.

I mean, let's be honest here. Your customer support is practically inexistent, it's a disgrace. I think you are aware that many of us are returning your broken TVs and won't ever be buying your TVs ever again, right?

I paid premium price for an OLED with which I have constant problems since day 1. Without even the slightest exaggeration, each week I have to fix another issue which comes up. I've actually started writing a note with common errors I've encountered and their solution. And you know what? I'm not the only one in this situation. You don't respect us as customers, and I've completely lost brand loyalty.

Same issue as everyone here. TV software update causal to some apps no longer working. 1.5 hours with tech support using most basic troubleshooting tree was ineffective. Impression: software update shipped with errors and now we need to wait for another update - will likely take a long time and no ownership of error taken by Samsung. At least own this mistake and present us with a solution or interim solution.

Hi I had the same problem after doing the update on my tv. I had to go into settings go to maintenance mode, create yourself a 4 digit pass code to get in. Once in it'll do a reboot. Once that has done press home button to exit and hopefully everything will be back to normal
