Greetings Samsung Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.

Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.

Thank you!

Hello all, I woke up to my kids watching Frozen on Disney Plus this morning. I checked and yes, both Disney Plus and Hulu work now. Happy Thanksgiving! It didn't look like the TV got an update so maybe it was the individual apps that made it happen. Anyway, I hope the rest of you are having the same luck today.

I spoke too soon. It is back to how it was.... pretending to work, but then doesn't play anything (except an ad for a new movie... when I pay for ad free).

Samsung, please look into this.

No such luck here. I'm still having the same issue. It's been nearly a month now. Is Samsung still working on this? Seeing zero updates.

Since the upgrade my TV doesn't turn on any longer. It started with unresponsiveness and delayed inputs and now it simply doesn't turn on even after unplugging it and reconnecting. Total paper weight of a TV thanks to this update!

Same issues as others - S90C user here and a couple weeks back some of our apps stopped working specifically Hulu, Disney, Peacock. You can navigate within them and sometimes even embedded videos will play but when you choose to watch a particular show or movie, it will not work. No error messages, usually just black screens or exiting out to the show menu we just came from.

Terrible QC by Samsung to release this SW update in such a state.

Can we get an update from Samsung?? The radio silence on this is infuriating.
