I have a QN65S95C (2023). The TV firmware is 1430 and the support site indicates I should be on Firmware 2000.2 But if I attempt to update through the TV it states there are no new updates.
I have downloaded the current update onto USB but I still don't know why the TV doesn't download the update.
Should I update my QN65S95C to the latest firmware 2000.2?
I have installed firmware version 2000.2 via USD drive. You must follow the instructions for unziping the file from Samsung to your desktop, then simply copy the resulting folder from the desktop to the USB drive unmodified. Insert the USB drive into the TV. Use the TV menu to check for updates, answer "Yes" to check the USB drive.
This firmware version is a pre setup firmware for the latest Tizen OS. It was an announced back in late August that every Samsung 2023 QLED model and up will receive the latest Tizen OS every year for the next 7 years.
