LED and OLED TVsHi All.
I was looking for a new TV for our bedroom and stumbled upon a great deal on an open box 55" S90C. The salesperson said he had no idea where it came from, but it wasn't a display because it still had the protective plastic on it. No feet, no remote, no power cord. Nothing. I figured I would try to see how many hours are on the panel. When I try to access the service menu This is what I get. Is there other service menu options. Am I missing something?
Thanks for any info.

LED and OLED TVsI'm not sure. The salesperson said it would have a one-year warranty. I uploaded the receipt to Samsungs website.

LED and OLED TVsThanks for the reply. The right hand arrow does nothing. The left hand moves one position to S/N and then a box opens to allow me to change the serial number. Weird.
