Hi All.

I was looking for a new TV for our bedroom and stumbled upon a great deal on an open box 55" S90C. The salesperson said he had no idea where it came from, but it wasn't a display because it still had the protective plastic on it. No feet, no remote, no power cord. Nothing. I figured I would try to see how many hours are on the panel. When I try to access the service menu This is what I get. Is there other service menu options. Am I missing something?

Is it still possible to transfer the warranty to another user who opened the box, given the purchase date of 05/09/2024?

I'm not sure. The salesperson said it would have a one-year warranty. I uploaded the receipt to Samsungs website.

I uploaded the receipt to Samsungs website and just received an email stating the warranty was updated to my purchase date.

From SVC, press the left [ < ] or right [ > ] arrows  for additional menus.

Choose Info

Panel Display Time will be one of the items.

Thanks for the reply. The right hand arrow does nothing. The left hand moves one position to S/N and then a box opens to allow me to change the serial number. Weird.
