My Samsung smart TV keeps changing channels 0n it own I watching Pluto tv and it automatically changes to another channel usually Samsung plus any ideas why?
My Samsung TV is doing the same thing. Keeps changing from ESPN to Samsung TV 🤬! I hate this 77" Samsung TV I bought 🤬🤬🤬!!! It's had at least 6 other, different issues in 6 months. Ridiculous! Samsung has replaced the processor and the screen! I own lots of other Samsung products that I love, but this is crazy
Hello! Thank you for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the tv changing channels on its own. You should check the remote first to ensure no button is stuck or pressed down. I have checked my remote and it's all good. Mine changes the channels at the top of the hour :02. Will be watching Sling and it will change to the main menu screen at the top of the hour. It has also changed channels to Samsung channels.
We have the same issue but while watching Paramount+. We'll be watching tv for any number of minutes and randomly Samsung TV will come on. The tv remote being on the table. If there was another button somehow pressed in the channel change would happen right away not minutes later.
The issue has been happening since we bought the tv several months ago.
For $2,300 I wouldn't expect this issue especially since the $258 Samsung 43" we have doesn't have this problem
Same issue here. It is jumping to Samsung TV Plus from cable feed. It happens at the top of every hour, approximately 2 minutes past the top of the hour. Time to send the TV back if we don't get a real solution soon.
Same issue - just watching standard cable channels, tv sometimes goes black and switches audio to Samsung channels. No particular pattern to the behavior and it is infuriating.
