I have a Samsung Q80B TV and since it was automatically updated to software version 1640 the system is very slow and when I scroll from left to right in the main menu or within an app (Like Disney+), it feels slow and sometimes it remains paralyzed.

On some models, you will need to just select support instead. From there, you will be able to select Smart hub reset, input the reset code (0000). If this still does not work, you may need to do a full factory reset. You can use the following link to find out how to do that: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/

Hi! When I go to the Device Care option it pops a message that this function is not available. So I can’t reset the smart hub as the instructions in the link you sent me.
