LED and OLED TVsI have a Samsung Q80B TV and since it was automatically updated to software version 1640 the system is very slow and when I scroll from left to right in the main menu or within an app (Like Disney+), it feels slow and sometimes it remains paralyzed.

LED and OLED TVsHi! When I go to the Device Care option it pops a message that this function is not available. So I can’t reset the smart hub as the instructions in the link you sent me.

LED and OLED TVsOn some models, you will need to just select support instead. From there, you will be able to select Smart hub reset, input the reset code (0000). If this still does not work, you may need to do a full factory reset. You can use the following link to find out how to do that: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/
*Please note that if you are not located in the US and have a non-US model, you may have to reach out to Samsung in your country for further assistance. https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/
