LED and OLED TVsI have a new Series 8 Crystal UHD TV. It is connected to the internet and the preinstalled apps, like Netflix work. However, it will not install any apps (Spectrum, HBO MAX, HBO GO, Disney +). When I select "Install" it looks like it begins to install and displays a zero (0), like it is beginning. However it stays like that for a moment, then goes back to app info page.
This is frustrating. Any suggestions?

LED and OLED TVsIn addition to the unplug solution, there may be one more step necessary.
1. unplug the power to TV,
2. wait a few ten seconds,
3. reconnect power,
4. change input source to HDMI or non-internet source,
5. install app
Definitely a bug in the tv OS

LED and OLED TVsBTW, the above steps to address the current bug in OS version 1301 (2020 Q90t model as of 9/6/2020) make sense:
1. Recycle power clears in memory cache.
2. Switch input source frees up the TV's connection to the internet
Theses bugs will hopefully be fixed by the future OS updates
